PROFILE
Ms. Maryam Sharaf Hayat was born on November 3, 1988 and belongs to the district of Okara in Punjab. She has done L.L.B (hons) from the University of London. After completion of her law degree Maryam went on to pursue Bar Professional training Course from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. She interned at an immigration law firm there before coming back to Pakistan to commence her legal career. Ms. Hayat is an Advocate of the High Court and also serves as the Chairperson for the International law and peace Committee at Lahore High Court Bar Association. Presently she is working as an associate at the Kilam law where she assists the partners in a range of matters including; banking, civil, company, commercial and employment. She has conducted multiple cases before the High Court and lower forums. She is also an Editor at Courting The Law and related initiatives and believes in leveraging technology for improving access to justice.
